How long do you think would it last? Would it affect the actual NBA season?

I have spoken with someone who actually works with the NBA association on the phoenix suns, but he has a general idea of whats going on. We asked and he told us that, yes it would affect the NBA season, but only by shortening the season for each team. Instead they would probably only play 88 games in the year, and they were also thinking about converting the Finals to be a knock out tournament, but that was only an office rumor. I am sure that they would never turn the Finals out that badly

it would greatly affect the actual NBA season if both the players side and the owners of each team does not reach to an agreement.

I really don't know much about the lockout. My uncle told me they may play fifty games this season. I don't know. We will have to see.
