Is it good to be business partners with a friend or a partner?

I'm wondering if a friend or a partner is good to be a business partner. Some people says that it's not some people says that it can be. I want to know how you think about this.Cause I'm planning to make my own business soon. Hope you guys could help me.

I'm thinking of that too but I'm afraid that in the future there would come a time that we will have an argument about the business and ending our friendship because of that. But having friends help you on your business is really good I think. :)
