I can't make any online transactions with my mastercard debit card?

Hi,i'm from india.And i posses a mastercard debit card from Bank Of India.Every time i try to make any online transactions using my debit card,it displays that this transaction has been declined by the bank/this transaction has been failed/invalid transaction.I wonder why?Do we have to register for something before proceeding?Please,help me out.

Hi Gmkumar, there are a few reasons.
One is that the websites do not allow people from certain countries to buy things, and they will reject your card.
Another is that the bank has imposed certain restrictions on the usage of the card, such as not for gambling.
The third reason is that you have not enough money to pay for the transaction cost and the cost of goods.
Best to call up the bank and find out the real reason.
