Is centrum safe? / myLot

I've been taking Centrum for a year my age is almost 23. Centrum makes me more energized. I tried to stop but couldnt :( Is this situation safe, or is this an addiction?

I don't think so. I've been taking also this centrum vitamins. It's really great vitamins coz it caters all the vitamins we need to be strong and healthy. Maybe you should ask any of physicians near you. I never herd that yet here in our place that it's addictive.
