Hello. Today when i opened my gmail acct i saw an alert from Google about unsual activity from different ip address. So i checked the alert and notice that at 5.43 am, someone has used my gmail acct frm pakistan. So immediately i changed my password of my gmail. I am now worried that the person might got the info abt different passwrd of different sites i used because i didnt delete the confirmation mail of different website. So i think i have to change the password of that site too.

You should DEFIANTLY change the password to that other account! I'm sure you don't want the hacker to use that account for devious ends or to change/spread your information. You can bet the hacker will try to exploit you or others with the information they have now. You should try to make that more difficult or impossible but changing the passwords on any site that you suspect the hacker may have gotten a hold of.

Gee that's terrible. But now you have made me think, as I have a bad habit of leaving conformations in my mailbox. I am now going to switch a lot of my passwords aroud, even though it will be a lot of work. Better safe than sorry.

Oh what a terrible thing to happen. So far i haven't had any experiences being hacked. I change my email password regularly because i'm trying to avoid getting hacked. Especially my paypal accounts because all payments from my earnings go there and they are enough to pay a month's house mortgage, utility bills, and all. So i just can't afford to lose my money there.
Please do try to change your password regularly. Hotmail allows expiration of passwords on a monthly basis.

Yes You should that. And also confirm that your email cannot contain any new link from any sites. It may possible that your account is signed up with any kind of site & after a confirmation, confirmation mail is also deleted.
I want to also say to you that If possible change your primary contact email from all of the sites. Because it may also possible that anybody watches your all activity. Keep yourself safe in any manner.
If any another email is linked with your email that was hacked for recovery pusposes, then change its password also.
