This is a PTR site which offers a funny streak.This is what they say:
Free members can not cash out but their money can only be used to upgrade.
Level A members can only get half of their earnings which is $35
level be can only cash out $70 which is also half of their earnings.
$70 is big i don't know whether this can be true.

Most of the sites gives big amount of money is scam.
