There are some special movies which are my favorites and I could watch them very often without getting tired. Some of them are: 'The man in the iron mask'with Leonardo DiCaprio, 'The count of Montechristo' with Gérard Depardieu, 'Sissi' with Romy Schneider or 'Cyrano de Bergerac' with José Ferrer. What about you? Do you know any special movie you could review plenty of times?

Some of my favorites are Gone With the Wind. I have read all the history about the making of the movie so when I rewatch the movie I have even more to look and watch for. The Titanic was an awesome movie too. I am a great Disney Classic fan like Snow White and Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, etc. I am more of a movie person than watching sitcoms. I can sit for an hour and half or so and cross stitch or knit and its just more relaxing to me to watch a good movie than all the half hour and hour shows on regular TV.

I can't believe more people have not responded to this. Who does not watch a movie? I see you are fairly new Welcome to Mylot! Yea I usually wind up turning on a movie on my netbook as I go to sleep.

Watching TV when we go to sleep is a great option, I also love it. The only problem is that many times I get asleep and cannot watch them until the end. To assure that I may watch a movie until the end is on my day off, so I switch on the TV already in the afternoon. Thanks for your post.

Atonement. The more I watch it, the more I like it.Funny, but the first time I found it completely boring.I caught myself watching Valmont with Colin Firth for the fifth time.I simply love period drama North & South(the 2004's version). Most of the movies I prefer watching repeatedly are historical dramas like Gladiator,Cleopatra,Quo Vadis,Rome series and romantic comedies like Notting Hill, Love Actually.

The historical dramas never get oldfashioned. I like them to, as we can learn about the history or simply remember how that time was.

I usually watch "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight" at least once every 2 weeks. "Invasion" with nicole kidman, I watch at least once a week. For me, if a movie is paced very well, I usually watch it sevral times, over & over. However, if a movie is just drawn out, then I usually just view it once , and put it away for a week or so, if not longer. Thee more frequently I watch a movie , the more I get tired of it as I already know the outcome. My favorite movies , tend to be the exception ;)

I always re-watch 'Ever After' .. I don't know why, there's just something about it that I love. More so than movies, I have tendency to re-watch TV shows that I really like; Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Smallville, among some others. I suppose the most watched would be random episodes of Buffy.

Yeah, I remembered I watched Iron Man2 5 times in 2 weeks.. lol. it was crazy.. I was just so amazed with that movie that I never got tired of watching it. I loved 3 Idiots too, the movie was really funny, and it had a really nice story. I think that's all for now.

Funny movies are great to repeat, as they make us love. That's something we specially need nowadays. Thanks for your post.

Oh yes, there are movies that we don't feel like watching for the second time, I think we have ingredients that are in our preference and when a movie can blend them together, so we'll be watching it forever. I love loyalty, courage, Animals so my favorites are Lord of the Rings, Last Samurai, Gladiator, 8 Bellow, Free Willy, Back to the Future, I love movies that moves me and makes me learn something. I watch back to the future since I was a kid and Marty McFly preatty much was the one responsible to make me seek for courage. He is short in stature but he never back down. I thought George was a coward and that was me, and that Biff wasn't brave, but a bully, I didn't want to be that either, I though Back to the future had much more than people could see, it became a guide to me. Sometimes I would go through life thinking: What would Marty do? hahaha

Those movies which touches us and make us thinking about our own figure and life are the best ones. Nowadays, we need something like a heroe or a guideline to follow, as it makes lifes easier to overcome. Otherwise, the difficulties may destroy everything, instead of helping us to fight for our life, interests, etc.
