in order to overcome stress, you just have to soak yourself in prayer and in the presence of god. you can sing praise and worship songs and read the bible to receive comfort from god.

Hi khorrycarlos, Meditation is best way to make mind healthy and overcome stress. This balances mind and we can feel to take up stress in balanced way without affecting ourselves. Meditation is medicine for mind energy.

Dear friend,
simple way of overcoming the stress is meditation. start meditation then you can control your stress. Yoga also helps you on controlling the stress. there are many more medicines in the market but please do not go for them unless you really really have to.
for the long term stress controlling, start or continue your hobbies and manage your time to give little time on it frequently even you got very busy schedules. religious which you believe and worship will also a lot in stress reducing.
