GYM should be continued or not ?

Hi Friends, actually yaar i wanna know that , is there any problem if we leave gym after three to four months workout. I am planning to join gym but someone told me that if you join it once than you should continue it other wise you hsve to face lot of problems. Is this soo ?.....Please let me know the fact..

yaaa its true ... once join gym then never leave it otherwise you will face problem like body skin will loose.... i say to you never join gym ...

Your muscles will become to fat if you stop working out and you will become weaker and weaker.

I had this sort of question in my mind once and tried on myself too, i went for 2 months to gym and then i suddenly dropped it due to some time problems and after that i have gone lazy and felt weak and my structure was lost it was a disaster, its like a medicine that you should continue forever, or else you may loose you looks, its good to gym too for the people who desire not to be a weakling, but should not take a day off from gym always do workout to maintain that body, or else your heart adjust to slow power and once you leave the gym its hard to get back need extra work again to reach the peak again. anyway its your choice whether to go or not.

Hi Rahul, Its true like once you practise gym you need to continue it, else not major problems, but things like weight gain and muscles will loosen up. I am not sure if it will really cause big problems. But its just physcial changes which may take place. So dont worry.Cheers!

the reason why you are told that you will have problems when you leave the gym is because people tend to slack off when they terminate their gym memberships. after all the dieting and hard exercises people feel like they are liberated so they pig out and do no exercise at all. in the end, your body weight might become twice than when you first started to join the gym.
