what do you think about p90x ????

I really want help about that topic about p90x is it really makes a deference and change youre and all that stuff that the videos in youtube telling If you have an idea about that please tell me beacause i want to start with the workout and i dont want my time to go for nothing.

It works but you have to be willing to commit to the program and follow it with giving up or getting lazy. It's more fun to have a partner or to just join a sport.
