Proper and Decent English for a Anninersary Handmade album.

Hey good day!
I'm planning to handmade a photo album for my girlfriend to mark our 1st year anniversary. I would like to write an introduction page on that album. My contents would be something like this:-
-2 strangers at first, but now became one.
-Nov 10 is our anniversary.
Right now I only can think of this two. Any great ideas and feedback would be appreciated. And I hope to write this thing by using a more decent english or as a poem or anything.
My command in english is not that good and my vocabulary is limited. Please help. Thank you!

I suggest u change it suitably -- to suit ur relationship - ur place and then write. that will go very well. Are u studying or working? which job are u doing?
