The 125th year Wimbledon finished with lot of interesting tennis. West Indies vs India cricket series also finished and there was some lull for enthusiasts for these two sports like me. Of course I must say there has been a lot of cricket recently to the point of overdose, I may say. However, the coming competition between England and India may turn out to be something because the media coming out with lot of comments from players before the start of the matches.
I do not endorse such publicity. This will have some effect on players and the teams. The warm up match has gone in favor of the hosts. The real game to come up in about 3 days, tension must be building up in the minds of the visitors.

I am eagerly waiting for it. After World cup I switched off from following cricket till the West Indies tour, that is for the IPL, and hence I can have some more cricket to fill for my appetite and then this contest between India and England is worth a watch for sure. All the stars are coming back on for this one and hard fought matches are very much on the cards. Form the sound of it, neither of the two teams are giving an inch to the other.

True, this time it is going to be very tough for Indian Team. Though we are with the full complement of players and have moved to England with the series win at WI, somehow I do not find that type of confidence, which the World cup winners, No.1 ranked team should show. In comparison, teams of Australia and England exude the confidence that itself goes halfway to the victory. I hope the new Coach will make the team retain the stature they acquired with Gary.

Well Wimbledon was exciting and so was the series vs the Westindies. Now we focus on the tour of England where England have already claimed that they are ready for India and will go all out. England played well in the practice game and have left India will a lot of thinking to do. But at the same time the visitors will not be to worried as come the first test they will have a full strength side and England will again have to rethink their strategies.
The Media always needs a topic for discussion and will come up with the most extraordinary of all topics. It always happens before a series that there is a war of words from players of both camps and each other tries to put pressure on the other. I'm sure that most players and teams are used to this at the beginning of the series and will know that the real battle will have to be fought on the cricket field..

Hi, Indian team is very good now and keep on increasing their performances in every match continuously. The young Indian team also played well with west indies, now some of them going to play with England team also. If India, loose this series with England they will loose the number 1 ranking in test match. But sure India will win the series.

Yap, cricket is coming back again. England vs India, the two big team is going to play. Everyone will look after it, but do not forget about minors. There is also series between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. Do not forget the war between the two minors. What do you thing who is going to win? After many years Zimbabwe is going to play test match. So, it will be interesting to see that how they response against young Bangladesh team which is full of talent.
