Recently I have learned a great lesson of life. 3 days ago I had to come to Kolkata(My hometown) from New Delhi(Capital of India).I had a 2nd class sleeper ticket. The journey takes almost 17 hours. I bought a ticket of Duronto Express( It is a non-stop train). But when I got inside the station I saw that I didn't have my name on the reservation list. But my ticket was confirmed and my seat no. was mentioned in the ticket. My two friends had their names on the list. I became panicky and a little bit anxious. Because I had to come back that day otherwise I would lost my job.
I went inside the train. it left Delhi station in time. When the ticket checker came, I told him the incident. He checked his list and gave me a shocking reply. He said " Your ticket has been upgraded. You should now go to seat no. 71 of the AC compartment." I was like " What!! You must be kidding me.". I went to the AC 1st class compartment. They provided all the facilities of the AC 1st class sleeper. I had to pay nothing.
I thought that I was very lucky. In some 30 minutes my perception about life completely changed. Life taught me that we should never loose hope.

Now that's some twisted luck you got there, sometimes life has a way of showing us hope when we really loose it, and things change in your life so suddenly that we can never seem to imagine how we got here, but sometimes it is your action that leaves you lucky and dont expect that luck to come again, and never depend on the luck or fate, it is you who controls life. Hope you have a nice day and may luck smile upon you Again!

yups its true then again if you depend too much on luck things wont go as planned. Many times the so called luck let me down, when am not depended it comes to the person.

Hello my friend ,the incident which you have described is one of several incidents which we come across in our life but most of the time we ignore it .It is very good to see that you quickly learned from the incident how life operates and how much we can learn from our life if keep our eyes open and our hearts ready to receive or accept the offering or teachings of life.
Every moment of our life teaches us something in way or other but we due to our very poor observational ability and highly selective or filtering nature misses out completely .
HOPE is the driving engine which keeps us moving in the pursued direction and keeps us motivated in the darkest part of our journey telling us that the part of night is darkest before morning or sunrise , so we are definitely approaching our goal

I think it was excellent that your name wasn't on the list but you worried about why. It must have been such a relief when you were told you had a free upgrade to the AC 1st class compartment. I know you had a very relaxing journey in that comfortable seat in the better quality carriage. On a twist of fate I had a free upgrade to business class flying from the Maldives to London. Yes, in life it is important to keep the thoughts positive and not ever to loose hope.

You were so lucky here! You thought that you were going to be kicked off the train, but instead you got luxury service without having to pay a single thing! I love it when such lucky, nice things happen like this - it does, as you say, put faith in life again. Such a little thing can often just make your day, and make you positive for the next little while - I hope that the luck continues for you!
