I used to sleep very late at night like at 2-3 AM but now i have totally changed my routine.I sleep very early at 11-12 PM and wale up at 4AM and go for jogging.And after i opted for this routine,I am feeling very much active than before.So i will personally suggest all the people from my own experience that to sleep early and wake early and that will make you more active. And I have one good way to make you asleep,when you fail to sleep early. Just lie on the bed and close your eyes and start counting backwards. Then see,you will directly wake up in the morning.Try it.

Sleeping late at night is depend upon the situation and the people who do this. Because todays trend their routine of sleeping depends on their job. Those who are working at night shift are always sleep at day and they are working at night. Some are working at day but sleep very late at night cause they have other work to complete. As i say its depend upon a person and their habit. I am sleep at night very late coz i have something to do during night. And also i surf the internet and do some internet job.

I used to go to sleep very late but now I´m ill I´m taking care of myself. I have my bed always warm (ir´s Winter) and I have a nap whenever I feel like it. Most of the time I just lay down to watch TV, but fall asleep without meaning to.
When I worked, of course it was different as I had to follow rules not set by myself.
Anyway, I prefer to stay up late and get up a bit late if I can.

I try to go to sleep early in week days and I stay up late during weekends,because it's important for me to have a fresh mind in the morning when I go to work,so on week days I go to bed between 11 pm and midnight,I can't do it earlier.

I prefer to go to bed early and get up early. I go to bed early and watch tv. This helps me relax and fall to sleep. There are nights when I go right to sleep and on other nights it takes forever for me to go to sleep. It is normally based on the type of day I've had. I always get early. It does not matter what time I fall to sleep. I'm always up by 4 a.m. I automatically wake up at 4 no alarm clock required. Best Wishes!

I use to be a night owl.I wanted to set up all night.Go to sleep around 4 in the morning and get up with jut a few hours of sleep.Now though since I have kids and a husband who has to go to bed early because of work I go to sleep around 9 every night.I still misss those nights when I set up at all hours.lol...

I also miss those nights in which i used to be awake till early morning. Still sometimes I use to repeat the same routine.
