What you see when you look out your window?

A street, a tree or a gable roof? Perhaps with a chimney? You could being living in a high building, on the first floor or in the field and your view is from your kitchen, your beedroom or your living room window. Maybe are you seeing a cat, the neighbors laundry, the mountains, the sunset or anything more. Your view could be of your office window as well. Try out your window and share your view!

It depends which windowv I'm looking out of. If I'm at my parents house and in the kitchen I will see our beautidul garden with bird tables, trees and plants. At rthe front there are our 3 cars on the drive. If I look our of the window where I am currently in hospital I can see a garden that is for ladies from my bedroom and some work men who are putting in new windows. Im glad we cannot see the yapping dogs down the road from any of them.

I can see a backyard that isn't much but a hill and trees. It's pretty but not where I want to be. I look out this back window to remind myself I can make it out of here and to the view I really want to see! I'd love to see a bigger backyard with maybe not so much trees but a place to romp around in, a hammock between two trees or just freestanding like some are.

Hey there! I live in a small city in Israel. when I look out my window I see a very beautiful park with grass and many nice trees. I really like the view from my window and this is the main reason I have wanted to live here. The main color that I see out my window is green and it is something that I really like to see every morning when I wake up. to sum up, I really like the nature and the view out of my window. I wish I will keep and see this view for years :)

I see the park alongside the river. Fantastic refreshing view ! There are many people in the park all the time, some jogging along the pathway, some sitting on benches on the river-shore, children playing games, birds flying around, and so on. I am very glad that I have this house, an excellent choice !

It depends on the window. Looking out my front (living room) window, I see trees, bushes, grass, flowers. Looking out my kitchen window, I see a lake, more trees and our pavilion at the lake. Looking out my bedroom window I see mainly trees. I'm sure you could guess that I live in the mountains and I do. The Shenandoah mountains, in the country with a beautiful, private lake. Anywhere I look, there are trees. It would be awesome if I owned a fireplace but, sadly, I don't. I told my husband I wanted a fireplace and he went out and bought a pellet stove. So, here we are, surrounded by trees and we have to buy pellets for the stove. I won't tell you what I thought of him doing that; admin would not approve. But, I'll be moving from this place soon to another house I own, by myself, so if I want a fireplace, I'll get a fireplace! THAT house has windows that look out onto lots of open land in every direction. There are trees on the land but not close to the house. I'll have to do some landscaping so I can have a gorgeous view like I have here in this house. You didn't mention YOUR view. What you you see when you look out your window?

I'm living in an apartment on the second floor and I see the houses that are across the street, but in summer I can see beautiful sunsets from my window. For the other window I see the five-story buildings that are part of the residential complex where I live and some children playing with their skates. Well, comming back to your view, I find it terrific. I think it's a big luck to living in the middle of nature.

I live on an island. On my island there are several towns and villages and I live in the biggest town. I am mylotting in our living room, and there are 3 windows in the room. From one of the windows I can see part of our back yard and the house that belongs to our neighbour. From the other two windows I can see the front yard, the street and a white house that really needs a paint job. The street outside my window leads to the center to the town. Sometimes there are quite a few cars, but at the moment (Sunday night) it is very quiet.

I see your'e living in a quiet place and I think is better than a noisy one. If you are living on an island, you probably can see often the sea as well, although not from your window.

Hi Rick! Most of the things I see from my window in my room are roofs and television antennas. My room is at the second floor of our house so the view from my window is a little high. I can also see some trees and windows of rooms of other houses. I can also see a bit of the lake and the silhouette of the town at the other side of the lake. Oh, and I can see a portion of the biggest mountain in our town. ^^

I live in a motel that is right off the freeway. When I look out the window, I see a fireworks shop and auto repair shop that are across the parking lot from the motel. I see where a lot of trucks park either overnight or for a few hours during the day while the drivers sleep. Beyond that there is the freeway. Not a very interesting view if you ask me.

Im living ina RV at a trailor park. Most my windows are covered with the foil stuff people put in their car windows to keep the sun blocked out. The window by the computer here is the best one for me to look out. I see my patio and garden, my swing is there. Theres a fence surrounding the back of my lot. On the other side of the fence is a row of effeciency apts. Past the rooms is the main busy road. On the other side of that road is more of the rooms and campers that belong to this property.

I guess so if the RV were moveable. However it was in storage for awhile and the engine froze up so its not drivable. I had it towed to where iam now. Plus all the windows are covered now because of enegry effeciency. I purposely left the window by the computer uncovered.

You've made the first comment about a view from a RV window. It's very interesting. You've the possibility from differents views if you move your RV. Haven't you?

If I look out the living room window to the west, I look into our neig hbors bathroom. Not so good, so I keep the drapes pulled over that window. If I look out the dining area windows into our back yard, I see a strugling tree and grass that is gasping for a drink. You see, we are in th e midst of a drought and cannot afford to water our entire lot as much as it needs. To the back, near the back gate is a solitary rose bush surrounded by a ring of low growing plants with a few white blossoms. They are healthy because I have watered them with the hose. If I look out my sewing room window (also to the south) I see a red oak tree whose trunk is about a foot in diameter. The tree is healthy and green because its roots go deep. The tree is about 15 years old and shades that corner of the yard where the grass has stayed green due to the shade. If I look out any of the windows that face the east, I see the trunks of the crepe myrtles that I planted 25 years ago as small bushes. They now are now 5 or more feet taller than our house, but I cannot see the pretty pink flowers in the tops. I can also see the side of our neighbior's house and the concreted drainage ditch that separates our houses. Our house faces the north. Should I look out any of the windows that face the street, I can see our front yard and the houses across the street. All of us have watered the flower beds and the grass in our front yards in spite of the spiraling cost of water. In front of each house are green trees and grass and a few blooming flowers. We have to keep up appearances.

You have views at each side from your house and I find it great. I like the from your sewing room window view. I've seen oaks and they are beautiful trees. Your view from the east, where are the crepe myrtles, is wonderful too. I think you are very happy, to have planted them. Maybe could you sen photos from the trees.

Hi Rick, This is meow, I live in a big city in Kolkata(India). My home is behind a tall Girls Elementary School, and whenever i look out of my window, during day i get to see students classes going on and can hear great noise of girls chirping at the top of their voices during their recess. It reminds me of my school days, they were really unforgettable!

Well my parents live across the street so if I look out the window I will see their house as well as the neighbors house that is next to them. Most the time when I look out my window though I see that my cats have left me mice or birds or moles. Usually every morning they catch something and leave it there.

rambutan and surian tree - The Rambutan tree and it's fruit are native to the western lowlands of Malaysia, and is now cultivated in Zanzibar where it was first introduced, It can also be found growing wild in Sri Lanka and in many areas of Southeast Asia.
Here a photo of rambutan and surians tree.
