I'm an Information Technology student. Last year I had my first thesis defense. We need to defense our system we have made. We are six in the group. In preparing to our thesis, We didn't sleep for almost three weeks. Day and night, we are working. We even sometimes have a fight in our group but its normal. And the day of our final defense has come. And you know the result? its Rejected! Well, yes it happened to us. After those hard works, we still failed. But, we never surrender. we started all over again, we did it in just a week and after redefense, thanks God we passed. Do you have your story about your first thesis defense?

My thesis defences were all hard on me since I was mainly the person who made it and bring it all together. I am a member of the group but I did most of the job, so when it came to the defence proper I was like sitting pretty since all of the thesis components have to present by each member. I knew very well the thesis like the back of my hand and I was willing to reach out to my fellow members who feel stuck. I don't mind doing most of the legwork as long as my fellow members pick their own labours and get it done. If our thesis were rejected, I would probably be sick to my stomach and so does my co-members (twas like a pain in the neck that you want to alleviate). The defence wasn't easy but it was sure a memorable one.
