facebook chatbox sucks!

Well the chatbox really sux coz of dat reason mainly. It shows that suppose 40 of my friends are online but i can view only 20 or so names in the list and half of them are not even online. I think a scrolling options is much needed. I would like to add that the previous chatbox used to hang sometimes and become irresponsive for me but not its lightning fast. If they introduce a scrolling option and show online friends only I won't complain about it.

Hi there! You know what, I agree on you. Facebook makes facebook worst. The chat before is pretty ok but why does they changed it. There is also a problem on it when you are chatting someone, it says "nana is typing..." I keep on waiting but to my disappointment my chatmate is not typing. There is really something wrong on facebook chat.

Have to agree I do not like the new chatbox at all. Have facebook not heard of the phrase - If ut is not broken do not fix it?? I hope they give you the option of using the old method of chatting.

Yeah, I hate it too. Have you also noticed that when you are chatting with someone, your chat is linked with the messaging system too? In other words, when you send a chat message, you also send them a private message as well! And vice versa! That's ridiculous! I'm not interested in seeing my chat conversation in my message inbox as well. I think it's pointless. I don't like it.

I agree with this too. It is rather irrating. I hope something can be done about this and not just ignored. It semms that happens a lot until there is almost an uproar. The simpler the beter.

Agreed! The new box sucks. It makes the page smaller and it's in the way. I just want it to go back to how it was. I think facebook just exists to wined everyone up every time it makes a new feature.
