Hello, Any one here to be a Filipino? because, i want to ask you where to find any cheap rent to own houses in the Philippines especially in Luzon area. But before that i want you to know my capabilities of being a buyer. I have not yet starting contributing for pag-ibig and i will work as an OFW in Saudi with 15k to 18k salary monthly. How can i avail cheap rent to own houses if i do not have pag ibig fund? would you suggest any location? And by the way, can you give me some tips in buying rent to own houses? because in our times today they are many scammers in the counntry, I just want to be wise before selecting any houses.

hi nice to see you here, i just completed my application through housing loan in pagibig my rent to own house somewhere in bulacan, its a town house with guard, very lower down payment and monthly payment no floods coz my brother lives there though im still paying down payment until now, near market, school and church and of course very accessible for transportation via nlex but no traffic. for a single mother like me i need to submit higher monthly income than those with married coz both can shared their income as one of the requirements. requirements for housing loan, you must be an active member for at least 2 years if not then one year will be enough but must pay in advance the remaining one year to complete 2 years of payment. you must have checking account too, they will not process your application without post dated checks. i already submitted all my requirement and im just waiting for the the take out for us to move in.

Check the net and also those sites that was given by the first responder to your topic. Now,asks your family or friends about those agency/promos and check for the authenticity. Since you don't have a Pag-ibig fund, you can asks OWA for your eligibility with housing loan/projects provided for OFW'S. Hope we were able to help you with this.

yes your right better yet check pagibig website for requirements, better transact directly to the housing company like in my part they didnt ask you to pay outside the company premises but they will let you come and submit all checks for payment to the company and they will give you receipt. i would say that the housing loan i apply for is very legit coz my brother just move in to their house just last year and so far they didnt have any problem living there and the monthly rent is very cheap its more cheaper than the rent im paying in my apartment right now.
