Hello all mylotters...
Today I was typing very happily for a response to a discussion in mylot..and it was a very good descriptive one..After I finish my writing I was going to submit the response and after submission I found the same page again..only the thing was missing is my RESPONSE
.So did the same thing happened with you before??..Isn't it really disappointing?? I have typed the response again and submit it...It's really disappointing for me..

yes the same thing I am also doing these days...Because its really disappointing when you type a descriptive response and and after hitting submit button the whole thing disappeared with a error page and when you hit back you your whole response disappeared and you need to type it again..

It has happened to me a lot of times already and it's really very disappointing especially if I have already written a long comment. There's nothing else I could do about it but to type it again. Sometimes my internet connection fails and it's usually the cause of this trouble. I hope I could copy and paste soon so that I could write my response first on a notepad and then just paste it. This way I don't have to re-type it if this kind of problem occurs. I'm on my way to that.

Yes it's very difficult for you as you can't copy paste yet.. So batter try to cross 500 beside your name..

It has happened to me, no often but it has. The only thing I can think of is perhaps there were several others also responding, and the traffic caused it to not submit properly. Yes it is disappointing and though there are many times I do copy my response just in case, there are times I do forget and sadly I loose the entire response.
Thankfully I do not see it often, which is why I forget to copy my response.

yes you are right and for the same reason ..I need to type my whole response again..And from now on I have started to take a copy of the same before I submit the response.

That is a good idea and I will try here forth to copy mine. I do get sad when they disappear especially if descriptive because then I can't remember what I said. lol

I faced this problem lots of time till some days before but now I learn after typing full matter copied it so if it is lost then I can paste there. Because once we write then again same is irritating. I was also disappointing lots of time but now not.

Yes I have faced this problem a couple of times these days...and this also happened when I typed a very good descriptive response and hit the submit button and its really very irritating to me I typed the whole response again... So now a days I am also using the same kind of trick as all the other user doing here.. Thans for your response friend.

Yes, this has happened with me lot of times before. From then on, i always copy and paste my response and so i don't miss my response. But when my response is long, my mobile phone can not copy that and so i have to make my post short and then respond. I had started one discussion requesting admin to fix this bug, but it seems admin has done nothing and just neglected my discussion. It was so disappointing. Hope admin will look after this problem. Do copy your posts.

so you are doing mylot from your mobile phone ..that is really good..I am also doing it for last two days...I have a suggestion for you...If you use opera mini to your mobile phone and it should be 4.0 or above version..As I am doing this for last to days..when you found error you just hit back ..you will find there whole response there...and try to submit that again .....So if you are typing a long descriptive response it will be helpful for you and to doing mylot from your mobile phone..

Yes, i use opera mini 4.2. Sometimes when i hit back i see my response there but when opera minis cache memory is full then page again loads and my response disappears.

that must be very disappointing, i haven't tried this one yet. But i have tried that my respond was lost due to internet connection, i just have to press back or to see my previous respond so i could send it back.. I think you just have to press back to view the one you typed..

yes the same thing happen with me repeatedly yesterday and it was really very disappointing ...and I need to type the whole thing again..and which was a good descriptive one too.

It's happened to me a few times, and then I just can't be bothered to rewrite things. I've lost responses of more than 500 words more than once (why does it always happen on long responses?!) and I can never make myself re-write them. I try to be prepared and copy all my responses into word before I hit post, but as my rating isn't 500 yet, I can't copy them BACK into mylot, I still have to re-type them again.

yes its a big problem with you..you can copy it but can't paste it back..you need to retype until you got 500 beside your name..
