When myLot pays me via PayPal, will there be some fees charged?

I have never used PayPal before and I have just opened an account.
Well according to what I read on PayPal FAQ I will be charged like $0.30 + 2.9% so E.g if I cash out $10 on myLot I would only get like $9.41($10- $0.30+ $0.49)?
Is that true?

MyLot pay you exactly what it says you have earned. Your PayPal account will be credited with exactly the amount you are due with NO charges or deductions.
PayPal, however, CAN charge you for transferring money from PayPal to your bank. You should look at the Fees page on your PayPal login because the fees vary from country to country.

PayPal will also make a (hidden) charge for exchanging dollars to your currency. Most places which exchange currencies do this (as PayPal do) by setting their own exchange rates so that there is a difference between buying and selling currencies.
