I've tried dozens of times to lose weight. Lately, I've been gaining a lot and it's really upsetting. Every time I start to lose, I lose momentum and get lazy again. I just don't know what to do. You do you stay inspired to lose?

I know how you feel. My goal is to do weight training at least 3x times per week, but sometimes I get tired and don't go on the gym for weeks.
A good idea is to put a picture of yourself when you were overweight then everytime that you feel to given up, you look to photo. It worked to me, because I always remember that I don't want to look like that anymore.

My sister called me three weeks ago and informed me that I will be her matron of honor on her wedding on November. That motivated me to lose weight because I do not want to be looking so fat in front of so many people, especially our relatives, on her wedding day. My relatives can be so harsh at times when commenting about weight and beauty, so to save me from the insult I decided to lose weight.
What keeps me motivated while on the process of losing weight? I just think of all the nice and pretty clothes I cannot wear because it do not have my size. Fashion and clothing can be so inspiring at times, you know. At times I so want to buy new nice clothes but nothing fits me anymore. The ones for plus size can be so disappointing! The styles of the plus size clothes look so "old" for my age. My husband teases me a lot, telling me that my clothes look like that of my grandma's LOL. What can I do? These are the ones that have my size! So to get away from that, I disciplined myself--followed a strict diet and exercise everyday.
I am on my second week now and it feels great! Added bonus to this is the fact that I lose pretty fast. So I can see results already even if Im just on my second week. Proof? I can already wear my old jeans which is two times smaller than my size two weeks ago. Yipee!
