The Death Sentence

Is the death sentence a good or bad policy? Some states allow it, some countries do, but yet, others don't. But what if there's a man that has a disorder that causes him to have a strong urge to kill at random times? What would you say? Some states are backed up with people on the death row, because they have to pay lawyers to file paperwork, and keep those hundreds of thousands of prisoners alive for however long. Do you really think your tax dollars should be going there?
