I know I may workout but I feel that one of the reasons I am not keeping the pounds off is because of my eating habits. I tend to eat a lot but not like full meals. I tend to snack and munch every so often throughout the day. I think the only good thing about my eating habits is that I love fruit. I just need some advice on how I can possibly break this bad habit and keep weight off.

One thing to do to keep health and keep the weight under control is to reduce eating fatty foods. Fatty foods raises blood pressure too, and I have heard of people who suffer from gaut because of eating too much fatty foods. So, you may want to keep fatty foods away.
