Clixsense - Reminder for Not Refreshing the Webpage.

I were refreshing the clixsense webpage whenever I just on my terminal, the interval when I were online and at that time before I turned off my computer. Later, there was a reminder showing in the screen. I were warned for not refreshing the clixsense webpage so often. To overcome my impatient in searching for the advertisements to click, I were advised to install the clixsense toolbar. This was shocking me. Has anyone of you gotten the similar reminder before? May I know the reason for not refreshing the advertisement column? Form now, I stop visiting this site so often to prevent from being suspended.
