Is coffee bad for me?

I drink coffee on a daily basis. There are days that I drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee depending on my mood and the necessity to drink one (e.g. when burning the midnight oil). I really enjoy drinking coffee but sometimes whenever I drink one, I feel like overly stressed or my eyes are bulging. Any ideas on why is this happening to me? Is drinking too much coffee bad for people, in general?

Maybe your body is not yet used to that dose. I used to be like that, but as time went by, my body has adopted to higher dosage of caffeine. 5 cups for me is just an ordinary dose today.

I think drinking coffee is good for us if we drink in a suitable quantity.
Coffee can promote our metabolism, burn our fat.
But your quantity is too much. Drinking too much coffee will lead you lose your calcium. Maybe many young people think it is not inportant. But when we old, that is too painful us. I think one or two cup of coffee is suitable.
The most thing is, you have been felt unfortable, so why are you continue drink too much coffee....

It might sounds strange but coffee is to get rid of headaches and it's proven with health department. I remeber I had one of the most severe headache and ER was going pump me some coffer by injection but they didn't any, so they encouraged me getting tim horton!

Drinking is coffee is not bad but excessive intake can lead to dependence on coffee wherein you cannot function well without drinking coffee. because you may have tolerance on the effect of coffee on your body.

i drink coffee too, lots of people drink coffe and it's won't kill you... but if you're worried maybe try a different typeof coffee that might not be as bad for you, hope this helped

hello. good day! I also love drinking coffee but not too much. I only drink it moderately when I need to be awake at night.
Actually, coffee is not really bad to our health,in fact it is a healthy beverage among all others. it can increase our metabolic rate up to 30%, It also keep us alert and receptive of new information. But like the other things, coffee has its disadvantages. Too much drinking of coffee can cause addiction, stimulation, and mood charger(maybe that causes your stress), and there are more things.
I think you should know how to drink or consume coffee in the right way. First you should drink it moderately, and exercise a lot. thanks. Hope I helped.
