Don't you hate losing your keys?

I'm currently frantically pacing about in my apartment. I don't know where they are at! I've looked in the same spots over and over, and I know they are in the last place to expect but the only problem is I don't know where the place is! You start visualizing where you last saw them and you start worrying going man I hope I didn't leave them there then you realize you are inside your home so you know they have to be around here somewhere because you locked your door. Where can they be? You start tracing your steps back and you can find everything but your keys! Even the stuff you don't even care about that is still important. Phone, check, Wallet, check, Head, check, now keys where are they! argh, so my point is, what do you do when you lose your keys?

The best thing for you to do is stop, get a drink, sit down and watch TV or read a book. I always find that when I'm looking for something I start overlooking and then I don't find it. If you just take a few minutes to stop and stand back it is easier to find whatever it is you are looking for. I do this all the time and it works for me. Recently I was looking for a top, I knew I had ironed it and put it away in my wardrobe but I couldn't find it, I spent days but to no avail. I stopped looking and after a week I went into my wardrobe and there it was i the middle of a pile of clothes. Weird.

The most annoying part is knowing it has to be right in front of your eyes you just can't see it.

when i lose the keys, i go mad! not only keys! even simple objects. i just place them here a minute ago and poop! they're gone! how does that even happen? it's so frustrating. here's my trick. there's a box where i place all keys. there's a box assigned for receipts and bills. there's a box for cellphone chargers, laptop chargers, and all kind of electronic chargers. it helps to be organized. i find the things i need easily especially when there is a designated place for them what can you say? :) - kat

Yes, this is the thing that i really hate and scare. Especially nobody at home, and i have to call family member for help. And not only that, i need to change my house lock because i really worry someone will take my keys and they can just come into my house with the key.

Ouch! I really hate looking for something that I forgot where I placed at. It really is hard to find. Losing your keys is very difficult. If I am in your situation I will also do the same. Try to remember everything I did and check every place I went. If I can't find it at first checking, I try to rest for a while to ease the panic. Sometimes, when you are not looking for it, it just appears in your face. If it doesn't appear on me upon resting, I'll check another time. If I can't still remember or find it, then I think it's time to think of destroying the door to be able to get in. The only option now is to replace the locks with a new one. Just accept the punishment of having to lose your keys and try to avoid similar situations again.

:D lol! I really hate that situation. I experienced that when I stayed at my auntie's house. And my cousin let me borrowed their house key because they will go for work and I am the one who will left at home. When I went out and buy food for myself, I locked the door and I know i brought with me all the keys. But unfortunately, when I already got home I found out that I lose the keys!! I don't even heard or recognized that I dropped the keys. When I checked it on a way back to the store I really can't find it. So I decided to ask for help to our neighbor, I climbed up on their wall just to go through in our back door because it was open. It was really embarrassing moment and I don't know how I will tell to my auntie and my cousin that I lose their keys.

This can certainly be frustrating and annoying. It's certainly not something that I like at all. I wish this didn't happen, but it does. If I said that it never happens to me, I would certainly be lying.

Oh, I hate that. I had experienced this several times and it is a complete stressor. I had to get and pay someone to open the door because I left the keys inside. I hate it when this happens.

not just keys but all small things that you need when it's missing make me frustrated. One day i lost my glasses and i know that i leave it on my table but i search around and i can't find it. After a week i lost my glasses i decided to buy a new one because i cannot read without it. Then a year goes by and the next year suddenly i found my glasses in my table. it was a weird experience but now i already have a new glasses.

I'm always loosing my car keys and I freak out because my dog use to take them and hid them from because there was a stuffed animal key chain on it, i ended up getting rid of the key chain though. Now when i lose my car keys I always find them in my purse right where i left them but i usually turn the whole house upside down before i find them in my purse. The same thing happens with my cell phone.
