Fear is one of the most dangerous feelings ... do not you think? It's risky to let them sprout in us such a feeling. Once fear takes root in our soul, take over our minds and hearts, enslave our thoughts, we trust that we have absorbed in things, people, us ...
Contents of fear begin to underestimate us, consciously or not. Awestruck we become cowards become insecure ... We are afraid of failure, fear of repingere us from others, we are afraid of life, we are afraid of us ....
Looking around you fear you risk everything just to deal with things you're afraid ....
Have you ever faced such a situation? You were afraid of something, and exactly the thing you had? What did you do? How did you overcome moment? Since you still afraid of that "something"?
Fear, wasted dreams, as darkness light away ... ... ...

I think, Fear is one of the most usefull feelings a person can have. Fears brings out the fighter in us. Fear makes the adrenaline flow in your body and makes you very sharp-eyed, you can hear every little sound and see every little thing. When you have to act, your subconsciousness takes over and you act the way you should. I think Fear is a great thing, though it doesn't feel great.

Fear is a useful & dangerous.
It's useful in that it give you an opportunity to adapt in situautions we are not accustomed to.
On the other hand, depending on how we handle the situation, fear can do more harm than good.
We all know what it's like to be in a well lit room, and suddenly have the lights go out.
Learning to adapt is key.

Fear is indeed one of the most dangerous states we can go through,it can annihilate our will and make us almost paralyzed, not able to enjoy life anymore.I don't think there is a person in the world who doesn't know what fear is,and it is necessary to feel fear up to a certain point because it helps protect ourselves and anticipate dangers, but that fear grows so intense that it grows into panic attacks the consequences may be disastrous.I don't think there is a cure for excessive fear,I think each of us has to live with his or her own fears and face them.

Usually the fear of failure or disappoint a certain person against whom there is a feeling more special, is to cause pain of failure awareness own way as a measure of weakness. Although problems like that can not be the problem in terms of strength or weakness. Fear turns to phobia and phobia is like a chain that is tightened slowly around the soul. Lethal combination in terms of feelings, sincere love is more coming. The worst fear is of itself, caused usually to blame, or that the person concerned is very perfectionist. Has little relevance as time overcome, or the methods we use, what is important is how we affect, and what we learn from the situation that we faced. The fear will not escape never. Always reach us, but we need to dominate and not vice versa ....
Thanks for response.

Fear is one of the most horrific feelings to feel. In fact one could argue that we are going to really dread having fear. So in a way, we fear having any fears. There is a perception with a lot of people who feel that having any fears are going to be a moment of weakness. However, it is really not a weakness. What is a weakness however is not analyzing your fears and trying to figure out how to best deal with them. There are times where peoples most deepest, darkest insecurities tend to bubble to the surface.
There are just so many ways where we tend to deal with the things that we dread in life. Yet it is just something that we can face so we do have a peace of mind. Some sanity and some rather closure in life. Fear is something that is a part of life. However it does show true strength of character when we face our fears. Sometimes there might come a proper opportunity for us to do this. I have done it in the past and I think that the actual dread is worse than the thing we fear itself.

Yes, fear is aware of own weaknesses. And usually we are vulnerable to this feeling especially when there are more special feelings or when do not want to disappoint people loved ...
When fear take over you and begin to dominate, dreams and hopes begin to dissipate. Lose confidence in yourself and what you are ... in life there are many moments of weakness and fear is inevitable. Consciously or not, it touches us often. It is very important to receive encouragement to trust and hope we play. Sometimes we feel the need to confirm what we already know, so we can move forward ... it's human nature ....Thanks for response.

I fear of being alone in a very dark area. It is because of my overactive and imaginative mind that I see things that are quite horrible. I try to conquer this fear by facing it directly. We have a dark room beside the room wherein I am staying. I have no choice but to go inside that room for it is our rest room. It is very dark for my sister and I only use that room. You have to switch on the light every time you get inside of that dark four-square room and you may be surprised of the whatever stuff you can see when it lightens. What I usually do is to pray and to divert my destructive thoughts to happy ones. There should be nothing to be afraid of aside from those things and people that can physically harm you. Right now, my fear was lessened and I can stay inside the dark area even for hours without someone. I am so happy. Conquering fear takes a lot of time and effort.

I myself hvae quite a few fears that I have yet to overcome. I fear of being alone. Loneliness really kills me. Especially being alone in the dark, which leads to my second fear, the darkness. I'm a very optimistic person, but when darkness comes and lights go out, I somehow feel more pessimistic. It happens when I'm just stuck in my room in the dark. Fear just creeps in. I also don't watch Horror movies because they just won't make me able to sleep, or go to the bathroom at night. I guess I haven't really overcome all these fears I have. I hope I can get rid of them soon, though.

people have about various things like fear of height, fear of lizards, fear of water, etc. one of the main reason for their fears is their childhood experiences. the main source of such experience is the statements heard from their surrounding people like don't go near to snakes they are poisonous if they would bite you, you would be in serious trouble. so, the mind of such children is having the program all snakes are poisonous. but the fact is not so. the other reason for their fear is they saw other people getting scared of anything that also start fearing of that substance.

Hi didi,
Actually I think fear is a healthy thing. It is good to have a certain amount of fear. It stops us from doing crazy, stupid things that could ultimately hurt us. Some fears are unfounded such as fear of heights etc. Those would be phobias. fearing so much that one is insecure and can't deal with things then that sounds more like paranoia.

I know that feeling of fear. I've been afraid of a lot of things in my life. Sadly, my life growing up as a kid wasn't as good as someone else's life may have been but it was because of this that I became fearful. I'm trying to overcome the fear by being myself and realizing that it's seriously time for me to outgrow my fear. I'm an adult now and it's time for me to take things like an adult.
