I don't get rich but it does pay some extra, the main thing is I have fun and meet a lot of interesting people and make a lot of new friends.
I use other things to earn money so this is recreation and visiting.

Send invitation links to your firends. You should try to post the link to some forums, or make your own blog and post the invatation links there. Hope It could help.

Like you, I am also in search of ways to have referrals for me but all my efforts are vain. I am yet to get any referral.
