Laziness is good for health

Well !!!! please cool down. I know subject of this discussion is confused you.. But its true. Little bit of laziness is necessity to our body and mind. If you don't feel a laziness, then you don't go to sleep. Tiredness & laziness are some what same. Tiredness depends upon your body and Laziness depends upon your mind. Tiredness is only not enough one to fall in sleep, Your mind should be ready to switch off your system. Even if you feel tiredness, you can perform your task if your mind is in active state. But if your physical system is good and your mind feels lazy, then you can't do it. Laziness should be in our mind..Laziness should be in our control.. Should not be out of control. Our body should repair regularly. For that we should sleep at-least 6-8 hrs a day.. So please sleep well and take care of your system :) What do you think about my view

I agree with you. Sometimes when I had really stressful day, my body is tired but my mind is still working. I have problem with sleeping because my mind is not very kin to slow down a little bit. As I work many hours during the week sometimes I need to unwind to feel better and recharge my batteries.

Hi Koperty3. Thanks for your reply.. Try to sleep at-least 7 hours a day. Hard working is a good exercise. But there is some limit for hard working too.. If you feel that you can't sleep, try to meditate 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the night which will really helps you to recharge your batteries and you will shine in your work..
