I missed work today.

Because of my ulcer. Though I am still under training, our head was kind enough to approach me and asked if I was okay. Everyone noticed how pale I am and they are all bothered. Our head asked me if I want to go undertime in work so that I could go home and rest. I took the offer. And today, my ulcer just got worst because I have no meds to take. I have to text my aunt tomorrow for help. So mylotfriends, take care. Never go beyond so alchol intakes or even sodas and orange juices. If you have hyperacidity, don't try to make it worst.

I also have an ulcer and having this kind of ailment is quite terrible. Try to avoid to skip meals because it will add fuel to the fire. You're right, sodas also worsen the feeling. It is really important for us to take good care of our health to avoid future interruptions. I hope you're doing fine now. Take a medicine and rest. God bless.

Hi, angie. Yes, suffering from ulcer is like a recurring heartbreak. I am doing my best to eat meals on time and not skip it.

I've never had an ulcer but I've heard that they can be bad. I know someone who had an ulcer and it turned into a heart attack! Luckily he's fine now, thank goodness! I am sorry you had to miss work under training but it seems as if they understand and that is a good thing! I hope you feel better soon and get the right medications to help you.

Wow. I never thought ulcer could ignite a heart attack. Our head was kind enough to advice me to bring a medical certificate to support my absent so that it would be excused. Thank you, SC. For always gracing my discussions.

You are lucky to have a job that allowed you to take a day off during training. I hope you find some relief for your ulcer. I don't have an ulcer, but I had horrible acid reflux for awhile. I drank mostly soda and rarely drank water. I stopped drinking soda and only drink water now and my acid reflux has almost completely gone away.

Yes, try refraining drinking soda cause it'll worsen and your acid will just turn up. It can ignite pain. Our head is very considerate and I will be grateful for her kindness.

Avoiding too much food intake or to get hungry.I don't know how it feels like when it aches but some says the pain is usually at night time. I hope you'll be ok soon.

You are working among good people. You are blessed. Now please follow your own advice. Ulcer is a dangerous thing to have. Take care and don't make it worse. Once you have ulcer you have to be always careful about your food intake.

You better get that checked out. I had a friend who had an ulcer and it nearly ruined her life. You won't be any use to yourself or anyone else if you don't see a doctor. Have them look at it and see if they can give you any pain killers until you can get it completely taken care of. Ulcers are something that you don't want to mess around with.

Yes, rogue. Don't worry. I have myself set a schedule for a check up by next week because I really want this to be cured - if not cured then at least, be tamed cause it's really a pain. It is hard to mess around with because ulcer can be so unkind and mean.

i had a lot of troubles with ulcer. and i guess it's still here. i don't think it's totally healed as if i take something that could trigger the pain, it's like something that i can't take. i do not usually take medicine. one thing that i usually take to ease the pain and makes it disappear for a long time is "malunggay". i don't know what's the english term but here in our place it is called "kamunggay". i boil the leaves and sometimes including the stems. after 10 minutes, i let it cool and the juice will be my drink for the whole day. sometimes i put some sugar and calamansi to make it taste good.

I know that an ulcer can be painful. I wish you the best of luck and I wish there is something more I can do for you. I hope you can get the help you need and deserve. It was nice of your employer to give you the necessary time off to take care of yourself. Get well soon.

Thanks, Randy. Yes, our head is very kind and I hope I can do some make up time this week to make up for the day that I was absent. I hope everything will turn out fine for me also and in my work.

I have never had one of those, but I have heard that they are incredibly painful and it's hard to deal with those. Really sad to hear that you have to deal with one of those really is painful. It is hard to do anything when one has a n ulcer, but you only get struck with pains at certain times. Same thing happened to my brother well that's what we thought because the doctors told us that he had an ulcer, but what it really was, was worms. He is all good now because his body has been cleansed with some pills and he no longer has pains.

I am glad to know your brother is doing well and his body is cleansed now. I will do what I can to get the same achievement also. If only ulcer has remedy that could take the pain away in an instant. I will sure find the medicine so that I don't have to encounter such again.

Hope u are all right now after 2 days. I hate ulcers too because it's very painful. Other than painkillers, there's nothing we can take or apply to make the pain go away. What's worse is having mouth ulcers. Can't eat or talk, and by time we recover, another problem occurs, bad breadth. As much as possible, i want to prevent ulcers when i feel something coming up.

Yes. That's what they are advising me also. Try to eat from time to time so that I have something for my acid. LOL. Thanks, online side. Your advice is very much appreciated.
