Open-ending movies?

When I watch a movie I could easily spot the plot however there are movies that put the climax at the ending which makes it really interesting to watch the movie as a whole however I do not like movies that are open-ending. I really find it like a trend that open-ending movies are very common nowadays so that the viewers would watch the sequel... however the sequels do not match the expectations raise by the first movie. And I hate open-ending movies that leaves too many questions and no sequel. How about you do you like open-ending movies?

hi lazybug,
well it doesn't matter if the makers try to conceal the crux of the movie, what really matters is if the story line is pertinent, cause as long as the content is good, u will watch and enjoy the movie and as far as sequels are concerned, yes most of the time they are not good but i like millenium series. Tell if u like the series.
