Is "www.ptcearns.com" for real?

Hi guys,
i have been in contact with ptc sites for a while.I just signed up with ptcearns.com,which apparently pays 10 US dollars per click & has 10,000 dollar min. payout..My personel feelings are that its all fake..what do u guys say about this site..

That's one hell of an obvious scams, how dumb are the creators. So foolishly stupid.
It's too good to be true it's definitely a scam!
