FRESH MILK with POWDER MILK

Hi everyone! I am a new mylotter here. But I just really have a question in mind. I'm so very particular with my baby boy's milk teeth and I don't want it easily tapped by cavities. Someone told me that giing him FRESH MILK is better than letting him drink powdered milk.I know it has a right amount of natural sugar which is safe for his teeth, but can anyone share more info regarding this?TIA
