How to transfer Funds from AlertPay to Paypal without using the Bank Account??

Hello Friends,
I am having alertpay and paypal acoounts.The problem is that i cannot connect back account to my alertpay account.So i have decided to transfer all the funds to my paypal account.Is there any way to do this??
And also i need to transfer my funda from LibertyReserve to Paypal...

As i think you are from india like me.i also have alertpay a/c and i too have the same prob.as u.but i also have a solution.as u know alertpay don.t allow to add bank a/c in india.so i will suggest you to third party transfer where they will charge some amount not fixed.i know a website which is from singapor and will be gud for you as i have used it to buy some LR.Just visit or search entelnova global and you will find all the currency converson Rate in Rupees.gud luck
