Do you think it will make for a peaceful and more prosperous world if Europe focuses on building the Common European Home, the US help the Latin American countries (based on the Monroe Doctrine), and India and China assist Africa?

I can't understand what exactly you're implying here but I certainly would agree that it would be peaceful and prosperous if everybody helped each other to build a better nation, a unified one. Right now there are even wars going on so people sitting on a position should focus on this first before focusing on other things.
