What is the best way to eat fruit for breakfast?

I love fruit. All day.Everyday. All the time. I know there are different ways to enjoy fruit. It's morning here now and I am kinda very hungry. I think fruit sounds like the perfect thing for breakfast this morning. Let's see I have apples,bananas, cantaloupe,oranges,and I think watermelon. I wish I bought some pineapple or kiwi or even some grapes and strawberries. Oh well. I guess I'll have to make with what I have. Wait I think I hear my mom making me some fried bananas. It's like fried plantains only I think bananas are a little sweeter. I like them both so whatever. I think I'll have some cantaloupe on the side. For lunch maybe some roasted chicken with apple slices or something. Gotta stay healthy. After all you get one life to live and eating healthy can help make it last.

I would have suggested making a shake out of it all and then having some eggs on the side with maybe some toast. A quick and light breakfast, something that is also healthy as well. I don't eat fruit for breakfast but if I did it'd probably be bananas as that's usually what I'll eat for breakfast.

That sounds good. I only like dried fruits in my oatmeal though. It's just the way my grandmother always made it. And trust me she knows best.

I love fried bananas, but generally I try not to eat fried food for breakfast. I´d prefer either a fruit juice (just fruit, no water or sugar added) or some slices of each fruit to much while you are eating the rest of the breakfast.
I´m habing roasted turkey for lunch with apples, prunes and onions. It´s awesome. I´ll make mashed potatoes on the side and some veggies.

I know right. Fried bananas are awesome! I just had lunch. Delicious! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Okay I could have. But I didn't. Later today I think I'll have some dried cranberries. I love cranberries and I eat them like candy. As long as am eating fruit and eating healthy at the same time I am perfectly okay.

When I have to rush I put a bowl of oatmeal with a little water in the microwave for one minute. I add a tsp of coffee, milk, brown sugar, nuts and dried fruits. Bingo, I'm ready to go. When I have time, I make a cup of coffee with creamer and brown sugar. With it I have an avocado sandwich with an egg, a lot of red onions and pepper in it. Then, I drink a glass of fruit juice like orange, pomegranate, grape or pineapple. A fruit shake sounds heavenly, too.Cantaloupe shake is great and so are banana, papaya, etc. Now, I'm hungry. For lunch, I'd love to have a shawerma with a lot of lettuce, cheese, mayo,pepper in a pita bread. Yes, life is a gift from God and it's our duty to take good care of it and stay healthy. You can put fruits on cereals, you can have the fruit as it is, have it as a fruit salad , or you can make healthy smoothies.

I also love fruits! Aside from being delicious to eat, fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals which are commendable for our healthy diet. Usually, I eat banana during breakfast. At other times, apples are served and they are the best because even just one apple can really fill your empty stomach. =) My favorites though are guava, melon, watermelon, and mango!

I think you make all of that cut and put together to make a fresh fruit salad. If I don't like to eat fruits as it is, I turn it into a fruit salad like to make it more exciting.

I eat it as it is. I usually have apples for breakfast because I am a person who is always on the go. I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. I usually eat my packed breakfast at my office.

the fruits that goo to eat in the morning i suggest that the pine apple because it produce a lot of juice came form that pine apple and the content of vitamins that can give some good nutrition to the body are many that can benefit the system, and actually it have a good taste sweet and sour which is the best for the morning fruit to eat.

I normally prefer to have corn flakes with milk .... But if Season is hot .. I make a fruit salad by chopping whatever fruits found in fridge plus vanilla .... As it be will rejoicing , delicious , and cool ....... egg sandwich with top ups is fully energetic to have ...
It normally depends on the morning u wake up ....... all don't have same taste and availability of fruits is season dependent .......

You can usually have shakes out of your favorite fruits. Or have them sliced and pour some fresh milk over it. Or pineapples with chicken for your breakfast.

Hi, enicole There are much advice about eating fruit, but I am not sure it is all right for everyone. But I have tried this:
Eat fresh, uncooked fruit on empty stomach, as it passes very fast and after you are hungry again, you can eat other food.
If you eat fresh food as dessert, it can disturb the digestion.
Just eat the fruit that is available, but if you can have a little grapefruit now and then, your liver will thank you.
Test and feel what is good for you.
Wash the fruit carefully before eating.
Don´t forget to say thanks to the Creator who has given us so many good things to enjoy and plans to make this earth to a paradise soon with plenty of food for everyone and no more suffering..

I don't usually eat fruit in my breakfast. I eat carbs in the morning, most probably rice, with egg, or meat/bacon or fish. Then I want to have my dark coffee to start my morning with a kick. I eat fruits, but i want it separate from my breakfast, i don't want to get my coffee taken with fruits in the morning. I want to eat my fruit like in between meals, or maybe a desert during lunch.
