You can use exchanger site, but you have to be carefull to choose the right site. Or you can use Mylot task to do it, like other members have ever done in here.

I think transfer from one processor to another one is directly not possible. You have to transfer your amount to your bank account then you can transfer to another processor. paypalto bank accountalertpay

As was mentioned by the others, DIRECT transfer from Paypal to Alertpay and vice versa is not possible. It is even forbidden to use Money Exchanger sites. Since these 2 are major competitors, they don't allow the use of exchangers and will limit/suspend your account if they find out that such transactions took place. Your best option therefore is to withdraw to your money from Paypal to your bank account then transfer funds to your Alertpay via your bank account. Other options would be exchanging with someone you know of.
