What does the mylot population means? I mean the star that appears on your name with a corresponding number and color. I don't know how I got that star. Could you tell me how did I acquire that and what does that mean?

Congrats on your star! All members receive a star once they reach (100). During our participation here members rate each other based on our useful and helpful information we provide here in myLot. Now that you do have a star it is best to review the DRS link so that you are aware on how to properly use the DRS system. It says that abusing it one way or the other can affect your own and it is important to use it as it says because the (+), (-) buttons are not like and dislike.
We are to rate based not on what we dislike about a response/comment/discussion but how it affects the community as a whole:

What members need to understand is that it does affect their earnings therefore, wise to use it appropriately.

lazybug the star is yours after you make so many points and its also your reputation. if you read mylot admins questions and answers you would know that we mylotters rate each other and thus if we get a lot of plus rating our stars will go up and our reputations here will raise too. this is good as the better your reputation the more you will earn. our reputations are figured in with the algorithm of mylots system for our earning. so the higher your star raises the better for earning for you.do go read the mylot information as it all really helps you to understand all about mylot welcome to mylot you get your first star when you pass the one hundred mark. from hatley. lol.
