What is the best sport to get in shape !!! Plz suggest !!!

Hello friendzzz, Suggest me some sports which includes lots of physical activity which will help to reduce my calories. Any out door sports or even indoor will do... Plz suggest !!!!

To reduce fat in your body you can do running or aerobic sport, while for building your muscle you can do weight lifting. Swimming is good for maximizing your lung capacity.

Jogging is great and no equipment is needed except for some good running shoes. Swimming is excellent if you live near a pool or body of water. Tennis is also great to shape the body.
Any sport is good where you will be moving around a lot and remain physically active. Walking can even provide many health benefits. Try going up and down hills for the best workout during walking. Good luck getting into better shape! Best wishes. : )

Depends on your age, and how physically active you are. For me, tennis was my favorite sport when I was younger. As I get older, I can't play tennis much any more. That's too fast for older people. So, I am just staying on jogging in the park in the evenings, after I get back home from work. That's very refreshing and keeps me physically and mentally active and healthy.

Basketball is a very good option that would be my first bet. But it is difficult to play basketball if you are overweight. Other than that i would suggest cycling and inline skates. And i would consider adding a diet. Or at least control the amount of calories...
