Buying gift cards in bulk for a discount.

Does anybody a good place to buy gift cards(shell, td bank, exxon, ect.) for a discount if i spend a certain amount or buy a certain amount of cards? I've heard of some places that will give 10% off if you spend atleast $1000 or buy atleast 100 cards but I've been looking for days now and still havn't found a place online that does that.
