how do you know if your an empath

How do you know if your an empath. I already have dreams that come true. I have been having them since I was before six and ALL of them come true even the ones I have not control over. I save my brother from dying and I saw my uncle die and how to a T. I fealt it too... Any of you Mylotters out there can give me some hints an info? I don't want to seem weird or anything its just somethings that I must deal with on daily basis.Any help?

What exactly is an "empath"? Can you please elaborate a bit further on this.

I looked it up, and empath is not an actual word, the correct word is empathy.

That's precognition, not empathy. Precognition predicts the future, and empathy doesn't.
If you can consistently predict the future correctly, then you're a precog. That's how you know. Go sign up to prove your psychic powers for a million dollars USD. There was a sceptic who offered a redonkulously huge amount of money for anyone who can demonstrate provable psychic powers. Go prove to the world the existence of psi and become rich at the same time.

Now would that not be the greatest thing since sliced bread? If I could control what I see and be able to turn it off and on yea that would be great. The thing is that most people have dreams that come true and being an empath is the same. I can tell exactly what is wrong with all my close ones and tell them what hurts on them on any given day, but put me in a croud of people I just feel things not one singular thing and it just becomes irrataing in feeling. Trust me I have spoken to my Reg dr about this and a therapist. They both beleive that all people have this innate gift and others are just more sensitve. BTW I have tried on them my "trick" or "money maker" as you would call it and they were a bit scared then very impressed. My Dr told no body about his groin issues and having tests done and I picked up from my therapist a friend of hers that passed away many years ago. I had a dream and told her it was related to her. She was impressed
