Forgiveness

Forgiving others actually makes you feel better. It is not a good idea to keep others' mistakes/wrongdoings in one's brain. How can a person enjoy life if he/she always bears all the hate in mind? We cannot change the past, but we can change how we think. Why letting the past keep torturing us? Why not move on with our lives! To not forgive others is to give yourself a more stressful life.

Is it really a choice? Can you forgive someone who almost ruin your life?

Yes I agree with you. Forgiveness is not easy to say. I've been experiencing that. I have a friend before that for a years now we do not smiling each other the fact that we are in the same office. My reason is that I want my friend to realize her mistakes and admit it. I can say to myself forgiven, but it seems it's hard to smile to her because my hurt feelings penetrates deeply to me. God forgive me to act this way, but I'm only human and I know God understand it.

Forgive them, try to understand what went on and the situation, don't forget the action eventhough you forgive, but always give second chances and thirds lol.

I heard people said, learn forgive and give another person a chance to regret, to re - do and learn their mistakes. I would agree with it, but sometimes it is easy to say than actually we going to do it. I try to forgive my friend who scam my money, but whenever I come to think about my difficulty which he caused me right now, I just develop this hatred and revengeful plan against him.

Sometimes I feel difficult to forgive people who made mistakes in life, although I know I should. I think I just need time. Of course, how long I need depends on the mistake is big or small. However, somebody who committed high crimes will never get my forgiveness.

Its always better to forgive then to hold a grudge through life.

Forgiveness is indeed a choice. Our emotions are notoriously unstable and deception. Not only are feelings unreliable, but they can linger or change to rapidly. Forgiveness is yes or now option. We should use our brains on that one - not something as chaotic and changeable as emotions.
