Paypal verification using Smart Money Philippines?

I'm back to mylot again because finally I'm already Paypal verified using Smart Money Card and I immediately link it to my EON UNion Debit. So anyone, who needs advice about their Paypal verification without the use of credit card, kindly post your queries here in my discussions.

i just found out that's it better to use eon union card to link to your account but not as to verify your account. just add eon to as your bank account and you should now the bank code. i was advised that to get money from paypal you should transfer your funds to eon since you cannot withdraw from smart money. i'm still a newbie in paypal because it took me a long time to find ways to verify my account. i thought the eon could help me but it did not.
