Stress , tensions ,worries and depression all are good friends. They come one after the other. To manage it listening music or just going out leaving all the things behind., or some other sorts like meditation and yoga .

Even though I don't feel stressed up very often as I used to, it already left a permanent damage in my body. Personally, I'm kind of a guy who is slow to take a negative action and usually comes out when I'm in relaxing mood..., this is so bad since it causes my mind to reflect back on whatever happened- thinking deep, building castles over a small issue. That is how my stress comes in. The only remedy for this is to write everything down (in my note book). In that way, my mind to relaxes and I get relieved.

Personally for me, it really seems to depend on the situation and what is causing the extra stress at the moment. Also is it something I could have avoided, and brought on myself, or is it something I really have no control over. For me the Best way I have found to control stress in my life is PRAYER. I do a lot of that, and then believe god in time he will bring me thru this, and everything will be OK.

Stress should be my middle name. COme to think of it, it should be my first, middle and last name. I know stress all to well. I am in a position in my life right now that I wish I was not in. Personal problems created all my stress and my depression, so I fell like I am very good friends with stress.

Stress is very difficult to handle,I only try to reduce it when I feel that it's overwhelming, but I can't eliminate it completely.Anyway, whenever I feel really stressed I try to take a break and simply relax and try to think about something pleasant.Otherwise I simply sit in my armchair and watch TV without paying too much attention,I just try to chill out.

Yes, we all go through very frustrating and stressful periods from time to time. In fact, I get very stressed going through a busy day at my work place. By the time I get back home in the evening, I am totally exhausted. My favorite way of getting rid of the stress and get refreshed is to sit down and practise yoga meditation. I have been practising meditation for many years now, and I find it very helpful for mental as well as physical health.

I actually do pretty good under stress. My performance peaks BUT I do take measures for relief too. I like long hot baths and quiet moments. I also try not to schedule anything when I am off work..like on the weekends or holidays. Sometimes it's unavoidable..but I try. I think that it's important to recognize limits. I have a tough time with that one. I push myself..I feel almost driven.

Hi1 Pro-ojha, i am exposed to stressors from morning till night. At home, one way of handling the stress is to keep calm by talking less and focusing on the tasks i have to finish. Dancing is also very useful and good for the body as well. I turn on our components and dance to disco tunes. In the office, i listen to mellow music while i do my work. I also condition my mind that everything has a solution so why stress ourselves? Eating also is another way, but we should choose foods that are non-fattening. Good Luck!!

The problem is something that comes with or without us looking for, so try to face a problem in a calm and open mind. every problem must have a lot of pressure that comes in our mind, try to think positive and open mind and do not focus too much on one issue alone, Because if we focus too much on just one issue then maybe we will be obsessed with the problem alone and if there is a problem emerging then we will be depressed with a new problem anymore. try to resolve the problem when you're more tranquil mood, a mood when you're more messed up, try finding a place of entertainment or who you think is best suited to resolve your problem or try to share with family or friends who can you believe it because sometimes a problem it will be light if we want to share. and thoughts that are not easily manage stress is to think positive and open-minded and receptive to others' opinions. there is not a problem who would not be complete if we want to finish it wisely.

I also experienced the same thing. if the theory was just instilled in you to always feel happy and positive thinking. maybe this can help: Give a special time for refreshing Follow your heart joy, (eg fitting work, miles dawned desire to sing songs that you like, snacking, listening to music, playing games or whatever makes you happy) do. If the fitting problem comes not dramatized, switch focus to the things that you like (imagine a cute cat .. maybe). Often prayed for peace of mind. This we have to get used to: When alone we should feel ourselves perfectly happy, if I'm alone I often sing alone (I'll be happy). Do not forget the frequent smile and greeted it to anyone ... Hides afraid to say strange, if it could make you happy .. I also practice it. may be useful

STRESS, is definitely a problem to most people now a days, especially with the economical problems most of us are going through. Personally, I get stressed out easily, I try to keep it to myself and not take it out on others, but once in a while I fail at that. So what I try to do is close my door if I am at work or go out and take a walk and get some fresh air or at times call my mom and talk to her about the problem, she normally knows what to say and how to calm the situation down. Sometimes I even stop what I am doing and go on mylot and express my thoughts, I guess it depends on the level of stress.

Hi, However the problem can not be avoided or taken sleeping or forgotten. - Try to solve problems one by one. "One step at a time" and should never delay. Start with small issues first reply. - Try to think positive and optimistic, that there will always be a way out. - Share, talk to your best friend for sharing ... Two brain to think better than one. By talking to other org, will slightly ease the burden on the heart and a mind confused. - Go to the place where you usually take the time to think. Or who makes you feel at home and quiet. - Write a diary .... a blog ... or may produce a solution, either from yourself or input from others. Second opinion should be taken into consideration. If your stress is getting worse, another way is to therapy. Good luck, dear:)

There are 3 ways I used to do to reduce / eliminate stress: 1. Is spiritually: ablutions, prayers, prayer, dhikr and reading Qur'an to ask directions and was given peace. 2. A psychic: confide in people we most believe, either a boyfriend / husband, parent, friend, brother / sister, read a book that can make us calm 3. Physically: sports (swimming, yoga / breathing though) listening to soft music, massage, cream bath, go somewhere quiet and beautiful etc. In essence, in an integrated way to make our physical heart and calm and Relax. After the stress is reduced, then surely we must try to tackle the causes of the onset of stress in order not to continually suffered prolonged stress.

My way of handling stress is to vent out my frustrations. I don't believe in keeping them or keep quiet about it. Stress needs to be released in order for us to feel better, and learn how to handle it better next time. Stress is all around in life. There's no escape from it. Stress doesn't only happen busy people, but also people who has nothing on hand.
