One guy friend told me that on FB chat and I dunno what to tell him back without sounding rude. I know that he's attracted to me but I only see him as a good friend and nothing else.

Tell him, "save it!" No! Kidding! Poke or hit hard with a hand, fist or whatever other thing to be used doing this is really rude. If you are considering that he somehow attracted to you. Why on earth he will say that? Is it a joke or something? But even though its a joke. Its still rude and not very funny at all. Ask him first whats exactly he meant by saying that.

think of what else a male can use to "poke" a female with.... I doubt he meant "poke" in the innocent sense.

Oh no! I already responded back to him with "I'll poke you back then." How stupid! It's just that I didn't wanna assume that he didn't mean it in the innocent sense. But now that I'm reading all your comments, I'm starting to believe that he was being naughty when he said that last night. Poor innocent me. :(

It sounds to me as if he doesn't want to poke you in an innocent manner. Even if he does that's not what you want, and so I'd just say "why ruin our friendship? please I like you as just friends." He needs to be told straight out, no leading on so that it doesn't get worse.

I will simply reply "okay fine...but right now,you can manage that here (fb)" and will send him this emoticon but since fb doesn't have this emoticon...i will tell him. are you sure you want to poke me in person? and if he said yes.. i will reply... "save yourself...i punch like a boxer"

Aww, I should've told him just that. But it's too late now. I already responded with "I'll poke you back then." How stupid. :(

Asking a girl such a type question , is bit nasty and impolite ... May be he might be overwhelmed by ur presence or chat ...... So , excess adrenaline kicked him to ask such one ..... U should remain calm whenever a Guy puts u in this kind ....... Chill out and reply with normal counters ... Like : M : can I poke u in person ? F : oh really ? M : yah sure ..... F : well I will appreciate ur dare more in presence of my dad or my bro .. That z it ....... Either he has to cut it out or show his true jerk mind .... If u panic in such things he tried to drag ur confidence and becomes dominant ..........
