OMG I love Mango. The big sweet and juicy ones. They are so delicious and sweet I could eat two of them in one sitting. lol I can also eat them in fruit salads and shakes too, just about any way. I enjoy peeling off the skin and chomping away until I reach the pit. lol

Don't like them at all. The texture's yuck and the flavour doesn't please my palate. My lady, on the other hand, LOVES them and would have me carrying kilos of them back from the shop every day if we could afford it!

hi isloooboy did you know here in the US they sell mangoes to us at really high prices? wow someone from your country could come over here and sell them at half price and still make a comfortable living. when I can afford to buy them I love them. I have read that they contain most all the vitamins we need. I love the flavor and the consistency of them and only wish we could get mangoes at a better price now.

Mango as King of The Fruits?? I thought it is Durian???(^^) Here we have Durian as King of The fruits perhaps because how it looks like. Mango is my favorite fruit. I don't know the type of mangoes but I really like them very much. The taste is yummy!!! I always have them freshly or have it as smoothies-blend it well with ice and put some plain yogurt into it and sugar a bit. If I ever found any beverages with flavors like pudding, sweets, cakes, drinks etc I will find mango flavor first then I will try others.(^^)

Mango Tree - My Mango Tree, the King of all trees in my garden.
Mangoes I do love! But there is one variety that I really love the most. It is for me the most delicious fruit in the world. It tastes divine. We call it here in the Philippines, Carabao mango. I don't know how you call it in your place. This variety is in a bulky kidney-shaped form, green when raw and very deep golden yellow when fully ripe. When ripe that is when I love it most. The flesh turned very velvety and smooth and no fibrous texture unlike the apple mango variety and other varieties. The carabao varieties found in Guimaras and Pangasinan are the best in the world I should say. I do have another variety planted in my garden. It is Apple Mango variety. Though it does not taste as good as the carabao mango this variety tastes so good when juiced. It tastes almost like carabao type. When ripe it turns too fibrous and the seed grows too big so it is better to remove the flesh when ripe and have them juiced. Indeed the juice taste great. The best thing about this carabao mango is it gives fruit almost all year round. But the most fruitful months are from October to May. My tree yields countless fruits during these months so that my neighbors and passers by grow so crazy over the fruits. Here is a photo of my mango tree if you care to see. Have a nice day!
