It certainly does sound so. I would love to go to some place like that as well. Also, anything Scotlandish fascinates me. I just hope you get to live your dream soon.

if you get to come to the UK, I very much recommend Cornwall (where I live. it's beautiful) and Dorset. lovely areas. we camped around Scotland a few years back. it is very beautiful.

I come from just north of London. Remember that it rains most the time, that's why the seaside is lonely. OK, there are more remote places where the beaches aren't packed with people on the day of the year when the sun shines. There are also lots of really old castles, churches, stone circles and things, something I miss in Western Canada (we really should sue our native Americans for not building cool pyramids and things centuries ago). The south east corner of the country is really nice and a bit warmer than most the rest. Wales is nice but they've had lots of problems with aliens in recent years (ever watched Torchwood?). I went to Scotland for my honeymoon because I'd hardly ever been there (my parents were so adventurous that they thought it was too far). It rains there too and they have monsters.

Disney Land sounds so much fun, especially, with the kids around this could be once in a life time opportunity. I would like to go there with my nephew and nieces to enjoy the fun most.

Wow! That's certainly my dream as well. A lot of sunshine on the picture and it would be just perfect anywhere. I was researching a little on Barcelona and more I did more I fell in love with the place. The custom, heritage, antiquity, tradition seem to be fascinating.

i'm also dreaming to get to this place. i'm always fascinated by a still lake, and yes, with the backdrop of green mountains. maybe because we're both nature lovers. And tranquility is what we always wanted... i wish i can a place like that in the near future.

My wife comes from Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. I went there with her once. She isn't really interested in the sea and says that she got bronchitis every winter due to the damp. I suppose it's nice in summer and not that cold in winter. We now live in Calgary and don't get much chance to get away.

That's an important piece of advice for the travelers. I heard, Calgary is also very cold most part of the year. Is it?

Thank you very much for likeing my response to your post. In middle school in art class was suppose to paint a picture of a dream home. My dream home was a home that actually had more than one floor, so in other words a upstairs. Everybody else wanted a machine type house. Probably because they already got a house with more than one floor lol. Right now I am just hoping after my baby is born eventually at some point would like it if I had a room just for my baby girl. Makes me sad I do not have a place for a nursery or even a place to put a crib. Right now I aiming to save up to get a cheap basinett for my baby to sleep in. But I am more worried about my babys health than material things.

Great Kala! That makes two of us as well. I love the forts and monuments and palaces and minars. Barcelona is so full of relics that they add character to the city. You will love it as much as I would.
