I am like you too where I do feel I want the world to know all of my life happenings and or details either. Some people today can't hold their tongues and everything they read and or hear may share them with others putting us in harms way sometimes.

I have two: One exclusively and only for people I know directly offline. I am not searchable and no one but my listed friends can view anything if ever I put on it as I don't really visit it often and or accept anyone I have never met directly.
The second one has absolutely nothing about me and used only to market online earnings.

Hi adhyz: I think you are right. There's a big risk when we reveal too much information on a social network. At the same time I advice peoplewho has a facebook account to just add their real friends. That's the reason we have social networks. You never know who is watching your information. At the same time, facebook give us the possibility to block our personal information from people that are not our friends.

Every person has the right to their own privacy. It is their birth right. We shouldn't open ourselves to the windows of the world and share our private life with people that have no connections whatsoever with us. There is always a limit to what we divulge online.

Agree with you.
When I want to share something on Facebook, I'll think twice before I really want to post it.
And I just post things that wouldn't endangered my personal life.
That's it.

I agree with you on the Facebook. I have had the "used" against me and I did nothing wrong. ug. I was befriending someone and the sister ex in-law posted some terrible lies against me. She had just left my brother and I was taking up for him when she just started on the rant and THEN she lied about a message I never sent. As a result of this I have had to cut back on what I post AND start blocking people. I hate that. Our lives are a open book already what with the way people can and do get our information from daycares to schools to work to just on line sites like this. It's sad when you just want to be out of all the stupid things in life and strive to avoid.

I know what you mean. I do not tell private things about my family either that I do not want repeated or others to know about.
