What should these dog owners do?

Acually, many dog owners don't clean the droppings (or stools? I wonder which word should I use), because they are lack of responsibility. In China, there is less law of animals. Though we have a "Raising Dog Regulation", which said dog owners have to keep the environment clean, but there are no administrator to deal with the punishment. Sure, there also have many good owners in China, like you and me ,haha:). but you know, the people with no sense of morals are exist in everywhere.

I think there is a law against that. I always thought you had to clean up after your dog or you could get fined. Unfortunately if you don't know who is doing it, I don't know if there is anything you can do. It's a shame people won't pick up after their own dogs.

They must have lived somewhere before that it was not a normal habit or enforced law growing up. I honestly never saw anyone picking up dog poo in my life except in a few movies and tv shows in which the characters lived in the city.

i am also having a pet dog who is 3 years old and i dnt take him for walk he himself go and daily do poo in the forest i never pick up his poo. i love my pet because he do this work himself. and he also follow my orders.his name is " jimmu " :D his white and brown

Dog owners that don't scoop their poop are inconsiderate of society at large. Especially now in summer dog droppings stink up the neighborhood and all the flies, sickening. If one has a dog one should also comply with the law and with one's responsibility to clean up after. I am a dog lover and always carried a plastic bag to scoop the poop.

That is not good. That happened in my neighborhood where they take their dogs to poop near the neighbors yard. You see, it they can't keep up their responsibilities well with raising dogs, they had rather not have dogs at all. I have a dog too. I used to be the one to take him out for a walk just nearby. But when I notice that she want to poop, I would hurriedly drag her back to the house and release it there and put it away. It's poop. It is not even good to throw even a small garbage anywhere, and come on, that's poop. I wonder what these people would do if we take some dogs to poop in their yard.

You are a very responsible dog owner. And I must say that not many people do this. I know it is quite convenient for them to let their dogs poo outside. But it will be disgusting anyway. In my city there are few places for dog poo and I really like this. It is good for the environment. I love China

Imagine an alien checking out the habits of humans, in order to understand the human mind. This alien sees a dog leading a human down the street, suddenly the dog squats while the human waits patently. The dog does his job right there in the grass, and the human (proudly) gets out a bag and carefully gathers the dog turds together and carries them away. Now the dog nonchalantly continues on his way, leading the human along the street, on the end of a leash.

That is so responsible of you! I think all dog owners should learn from you. If they take their dog for a walk then they must bring a plastic bag or any disposable bag for that very purpose. But I believe there are some dog owners who really purposely bring out their dogs for a walk so that they could just poo anywhere on the road and not within his own yard. The law against that kind of action should be strictly enforced I believe.

If you want to stop these ignorant, irresponcable people follow the next thing without question, it stops these dog owners from coming on your property and neighbourhood. After they leave, if you see who they are, pick up the waste with a plastic bag, a pic 0r witness of these people in the act would be great, follow them - knock on there door leaving waste on their porch or mail box, the way I prefer tell them they dropped this on your lawn and have a great day.. If they say anything tell them you have a pic or a witness and are willing to call the cops if nessary,,

we experience the same thing. ou summer house is like three blocks away from the beach, before we can walk heads up to the beach but now we walk heads down to make sure we wont walk onto something smelly. we did complained about the dog owners but nothing changed. there are lots of dogs and arent really sure whose dog is making. it wasnt the dog's fault, its the fault of irresposible owners.

I do believe that these dog owners should pick up after there dogs after all it is the right thing to do however unfortunately, most of these people do not care. If you happen to see these people at the time that it was being done maybe you can a tell them in a diplomatic way so as to not anger them, because nowadays people get offended very easily so you have to be careful. I would recommend that you just continue what you are doing and hopefully one day you will see one of these people and is able to talk to them and make them see what is right because nothing is worst than when you step out of your home and you step in some dog poo.
