google ad-sense tricked!!!!!! maybe

A couple months ago i had an ad-sense account, i was doing great cause i choose exactly the advertiser i want for my site, and relevant to my content. and suddenly i receive an email saying exactly what we all know that google always send when they suspend an account, but after a while i opened an other Gmail account and re-apply for the program, they accepted it and even give me my pub-Id, my question is will this account be suspended also after a while because of the first on? and why? i want to know it from Mylot cause here people are so smart.
